on 26 feb 2010, this was the last time i will be swimming at bukit batok swimming pool. Let me see what had i achieved while swimming there.

end of 2006____i first joined SSA (later combined with PA to become TGAC)
beginning of 2007____i started breaking my personal records for free stroke and breast stroke
in the middle of 2007____i broke my record for free stroke-39++secs(that time i still not very fast)
at the end of 2007 ____i saw my timing improved greatly for free stroke-39++secs to 36++secs
at the start of 2009 ____i learned back stroke and gave out for my breast stroke
at the end of 2009____my timings for the back and free stroke for 100 metres fell by more than four secs and won a medal in a competition
now____i am two times faster than what i used to be in 2006

It will be a new year for everyone!

Well quite a lot of bad things happen this year, so everyone will be wishing a better year.

Well another day back from my swimming training.
I watch a show yesterday (Friday) and the topic was about the PSLE's Maths paper. A girl from one of the famous primary school whose father was unhappy about the maths paper. She got 3a* for her Maths, Chinese and English and got a b for her science. Last time, they were interviewed by this show after the PSLE Maths paper. Her father said that her girl used to get a* for all her subjects and was the first few in the level in her primary school. Her father continued that due to the maths paper, which really very tough and primary 6 students still have not learn, and its high difficulty, her daughter lost her concentration on her science paper. Wait a minute, if she lost concentration on her Science paper, she would had also lost her concentration for her Chinese paper. Man... this is rubbish! If she was so distracted by the Maths paper, she would had practically lost all her concentration for all the papers after the maths paper. Or maybe her science was weak but her father decided to use the Maths paper as an accuse to escaped from humiliation. So kiasu is this parent. 249 was already very good still want to ask for more. I think that this parent is too unreasonable. Maybe her Maths was not very good one and always scoring a* due the paper set by her primary school was easy. I think the girl was just lucky to score an a*. If the paper was easier, i could see her scoring an c.

i think teachers are stressing students a lot. why? because they give students a lot of homework to do during holidays and not giving them a break. i know why the teachers want to give students more homework to do because they want to keep up the school name. But they still can't give us too much homework and never give us a break from homework. Students are humans too. Teachers are also humans too. When a teacher gives too much homework to us, he/she will suffer just like us but more.They have to mark our homework times the amount of students in the class. They are paid to mark our homework and teach students but students are not paid to do these homework. Is that fair to students? If students are paid to do this, we will see better students coming from not well-known schools. Well, if teachers give students lesser homework, we will be seeing less students harming/killing themselves due to homework stress.

bored

i think girls are very unorganized and not on time. Last Thursday, i went to lot 1 to watch a movie. I reached the interchange and waited at pie kia around 11.15 am. 11.30am, but i saw no girls. all the boys had reached but not a single girl was there. Then Sher and Jannah reach the pie kia shop. We waited for the others (of course they are girls) till11.50 but still no sign of them. This is quite irresponsible as they say meet at 11 30am but they did not came. Worst still, when i asked them what movie we watching then they say don have, must go causeway point then can watch. i almost want to shout at them why we waited so long to watch a movie at causeway point? This also another reason why i sometime hate girls.

At last can slack liao, the EOY 2009 had past, which i had been studying like siao. One more thing, tomorro had to go for lit thingy at 1020 am. sian la, i thought exams had finish liao then they say got lit... but still can enjoy my life after exams.
